    EVENTS WORTH NOTING....

    LMC:  APRIL IS POETRY MONTH! Come celebrate by contributing your original haiku (5񫞉) to the HAIKU CENTRAL WALL in the LMC.

    Sign Up: Sign up for Junior Marshall will be in the Guidance Office. Any Junior with a GPA of 10 or greater can sign up.

    There will be sign up sheets in the office for After Prom. You have until April 17th to sign up. Anyone planning on attending after prom must sign the sheets. If you do not sign the sheets you will not be able to attend the After Prom.

    It's Senior slideshow time:  All seniors need to bring in a baby picture and a senior picture to put in the slideshow that will be shown at the Baccalaureate service on May 24th.  Please have the pictures given to Emily Kender before May 11th.  Email jpeg format or physical pictures will work.

    Prom is Saturday, April 25!  It will be held at the West Lafayette Golf and Country Club from 8 - 11 p.m.  Maps, guidelines, and sign-up sheets are in the office.  All students who plan on attending, MUST sign up in the office as well as have proper paperwork signed and returned by April 17!

    FFA is sponsoring the !st Annual Delphi FFA Tractor Drive on June 13th.  It is an approximate 30 mile ride open to the public and designed to raise funds for scholarships.  For more information and a registration form, click here.  

    CURRENT sophomores and juniors who have already scheduled a student aide period into next year's schedule may pick up their permission forms in the guidance office.  This applies ONLY to CURRENT sophomores and juniors who already have an aide period scheduled for next year.  It does not apply to students who have it listed as an alternate selection.

    SCHOLARSHIP AND JOB INFO

    Attention Students Age 14 and Older: Looking for summer employment?  
    The Pronto Pup Concession is now hiring for "SUMMER" employment.  We work around sports, band and 4H activities.  Starting pay to qualified empolyees is $7.25/hour.  If you are interested in being a part of a Concession know for its Great Food and Friendly Service, please pick up a Pronto Pup Employment Application as soon as possible in the Delphi High School Guidance Office.     ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT

    Speed/Agility Training will be offered to any student/athlete at 6:30am on Tuesdays/Thursdays by Coach Strasser. Training begins Tuesday April 7.
    Football team informational meeting on Thursday April 16, during SRT.


    There will be a football meeting for this year’s Sophomores and Juniors in Coach Strasser’s room, this Thursday during SRT. Freshmen interested in attending the football meeting will go to Coach Strasser’s room after the mandatory meeting for Freshmen in the Little Theater.

    Get your physical for Athletics here at DCHS on April 14th.  Cost is $25.00.  This will cover you for all summer events as well as the 2015/16 school year!   
    Hours are 5-9PM in the gym.  If you have questions contact the Athletic Dept.

    The weight room will be open Tuesday and Thursday each week from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Any athlete not in a current sport is encouraged to join us. Football players are suggested to be in attendance. See Coach Strasser for questions.
